I really enjoy everyone that works at this shop. I had a pretty challenging transfer come in from Texas and I had to get myself situated with the state of Nevada to legally pick it up and they were so patient with me. They held my fire arm until I got documents from the government to finally receive it. It took almost a month and they still held it for me knowing I was doing my best with the time table I had. Everyone is very kind, highly educated and didn’t judge me for being a first time buyer of a firearm that didn’t really know my way around the store. They can actually get you your CCW at their range off spring mountain which is very convenient. I feel like I kinda hit the jackpot because I got everything I needed right there with one store. I’m even going to use them for tactical training as well. It was like a one stop shop. I’ll definitely be going back for much more. They had all kinds of beautiful firearms and knives, very clean and organized. I knew I’d be the only woman in the store, and that felt a bit intimidating until I walked in. It was nice to feel attended to in a very polite manner and just be noticed like everyone else. I’ll be going back and this is my new firearm shop!
Always a pleasure here. Today was my third time transferring a firearm through Freedom and the process is always quick. The staff are always super friendly as well. My go-to FFL for the foreseeable future.

Both times I have been to this store I have left with nothing but praise for both the selection and the knowledgeable and helpful staff. When you walk in at 11 am on a Friday and the place is packed you know you picked the right place. Jessie was extremely helpful and offered great insight. I may have had to wait a few minutes for help but I got great advice and excellent service. I was very shocked and pleased to see such a large selection of gear in what appears from the outside a small shop. But they had exactly what I needed and at reasonable prices! Kudos to the staff and thanks Jessie for your insight and knowledge.
Nicest group of people you’ll probably ever meet when you walk into a gun shop. They don’t care who you are, what you look like, they’ll provide the same service everyone. I had an AR10 put together by the gunsmith and they got in down within a day. This was after ten years of sourcing parts, and I am definitely coming back for all my gun needs.
Got my first gun from Freedom Firearms three weeks ago, and here I am again driving 22 miles from Henderson just to “look.” As expected, that didn’t last long 😅 Ended up walking out with 2 more new additions. I was in Vegas for a few days and wanted to go to a gun shop in town. I decided to go to Freedom Firearms and I’m glad I did. I got to put my hands on some cool rifles that I haven’t heard. The staff is very friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful with any questions. I didn’t waste a trip there. I bought a suppressor and they shipped it to my FFL dealer at home. I just want to share my experience with Freedom Firearms today. I walked in this morning to purchase SW 327 Performance Center snub nose. As soon as I stepped inside the door, I was being greeted with hospitality. Jesse came to help me out with the purchase, he also showed me tips on how to reload without I even asking. The customer service is beyond the best. I feel like I want to spend a lot of money in there and it is worth every single penny because of the way the people in there make me feel, especially Jesse. I have been to so many gun stores in Las Vegas and bought so many guns. But Jesse is so different, he made me feel like I am part of the family. From now on when I make my next purchase I will drive further out of my way to Freedom Firearms to give them business because of their outstanding teams with full knowledge and how they all make I feel so welcome. I am so glad that I walked in their today to buy the SW, otherwise I would have never met Jesse. I highly recommend to give this awesome place a try, I promise that you will not regret. I've been a customer of over 10 years here at Freedom Firearms. I primarily deal with Shannon and he has always been a valuable resource. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable. I should start off by saying I went into a different gun store and they were so rude and so smug, so I jumped in my car and looked up alternate gun stores. Thank goodness I found FREEDOM FIREARMS. I walked in and was greeted like an actual patron. I received 'hellos' and' how can I help you today?' by the super friendly staff. Super great staff. Nice building. Nice and clean. Excellent selection. All kinds of platforms, brands and ammo selections. I was just looking but they were so great I decided to spend about 400 dollars in ammo and extra magazines. I loved my experience and felt like I was treated with the utmost respect and dignity. They were all great, especially James and a special shout-out to Jonas. I hope I spelled it correctly, brother. He was kind, patient, funny as hell and an all-around great staff. Plus, in addition to that he was very knowledgeable and each question I had for him he was able to knock it out of the park. I even learned a couple things about the Beretta platform. Suffice to say, I'll ONLY be buying my equipment and ammunition from these guys. Excellent service. All the employees I encountered were very friendly and informative. I could tell they had a lot of pride in their work. They were also extremely patient, taking the necessary time to help me with everything I needed even when the store got busy, they handled every customer with great care and made the whole process super easy for me. I just picked up a Sig AXG Legion P365 from Freedom Firearms, and the experience was top-notch. I worked with the GM, James (make sure you see James, not Jim!), who was professional, cool, and genuinely funny.
