  Great customer service. They come off as not just selling you something but involved in the experience with you. .I went in for a suppressor and walked out with 3 firearms and a suppressor, and that's all thanks to the customer service and how every single employees genuinely seemed happy to be there, happy to help, happy to answer all your inquiries and questions. I love up here in the far northwest and never go that far across town but I will continue to make an exception for such an awesome establishment. They earned my future business when it comes to firearms in Las Vegas .

  I usually prefer handguns but a friend thought this H/K would be an amazing option. Trey provided Over the Top customer service! His non pushy demeanor was refreshing and appreciated. I purchased the gun plus all the suggested accessories. Loved how he described the options in “Flavors!’ He certainly made a lasting impression.

  Charlie and Shannon at Freedom Firearms are great to work with when choosing the right gun for you. They are super knowledgeable and very helpful and friendly when it comes to shopping for your gun. They were able to mount my RMR HD optic and X300 light after purchase of my Staccato HD C4X and I was in and out of the store in about 30-45 minutes. Highly recommend their store! I will continue to shop with them for all my firearms and accessories.

Outstanding is an understatement! And let’s not forget their impressive selection of high-end firearms—it’s unparalleled!   2023 CA transplant to NV. 2A Heaven here.
  The staff, shout out to Sean, are incredible! Extremely knowledgeable, professional, and good natured.
  The store is fully stocked, with all your firearms needs. It's also my understanding that Freedom Firearms is one of the few FFL dealers in the Vegas valley who can ship.
  My second visit to FF. Both were FFL transfers. First transfer (to IL of all places), successful. Second transfer, to CA, a firearm purchased in CA (albeit 10 years ago), to be gifted to a friend, CA FFL could not accept it.
  Initially, CA FFL wasn't sure if they could accept it. FF spent nearly an hour and a half communicating with CA FFL to make sure. After much discussion, it was confirmed they could not.
  Customer service that's above and beyond, above and beyond! Thanks again!

  I just want to share my experience with Freedom Firearms today. I walked in this morning to purchase SW 327 Performance Center snub nose. As soon as I stepped inside the door, I was being greeted with hospitality. Jesse came to help me out with the purchase, he also showed me tips on how to reload without I even asking. The customer service is beyond the best. I feel like I want to spend a lot of money in there and it is worth every single penny because of the way the people in there make me feel, especially Jesse. I have been to so many gun stores in Las Vegas and bought so many guns. But Jesse is so different, he made me feel like I am part of the family. From now on when I make my next purchase I will drive further out of my way to Freedom Firearms to give them business because of their outstanding teams with full knowledge and how they all make I feel so welcome. I am so glad that I walked in their today to buy the SW, otherwise I would have never met Jesse. I highly recommend to give this awesome place a try, I promise that you will not regret. I give Jesse 100 stars with AAAAA++++ and the rest of the teams. Thank you so much for such a great experience today!!!

  I really enjoy everyone that works at this shop. I had a pretty challenging transfer come in from Texas and I had to get myself situated with the state of Nevada to legally pick it up and they were so patient with me. They held my fire arm until I got documents from the government to finally receive it. It took almost a month and they still held it for me knowing I was doing my best with the time table I had. Everyone is very kind, highly educated and didn’t judge me for being a first time buyer of a firearm that didn’t really know my way around the store. They can actually get you your CCW at their range off spring mountain which is very convenient. I feel like I kinda hit the jackpot because I got everything I needed right there with one store. I’m even going to use them for tactical training as well. It was like a one stop shop. I’ll definitely be going back for much more. They had all kinds of beautiful firearms and knives, very clean and organized. I knew I’d be the only woman in the store, and that felt a bit intimidating until I walked in. It was nice to feel attended to in a very polite manner and just be noticed like everyone else. I’ll be going back and this is my new firearm shop!

  I had a great experience at Freedom Firearms thanks to Trey. I purchased the Rose P365XL and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient with all of my questions. He took the time to explain everything clearly without rushing me, which made the whole process smooth and comfortable.   Nicest group of people you’ll probably ever meet when you walk into a gun shop. They don’t care who you are, what you look like, they’ll provide the same service everyone. I had an AR10 put together by the gunsmith and they got in down within a day. This was after ten years of sourcing parts, and I am definitely coming back for all my gun needs.

  I purchased a Glock 26 online and got it shipped to freedom firearms for pick up and I must say, was such an easy and smooth process. No hassle. Not a long wait time.   Bought my first AR-15 today 3/6. From the moment I walked in I was greeted right away and asked what I can be helped with. As soon as I mentioned I was buying my first gun. I received just untruly the best one on one personalized service. I was so appalled that I ended going with an option little over my budget but was sold with confidence and expertise that I wasn't going to regret. So glad they are just down the street from where I live because they will literally be my only gun store I will go to.
